Accommodation & Tourist Services Terms of Payment

Two nights deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your registration form. 
The balance of the accommodation & tourist services reservation will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
If paying by bank transfer, you must pay the entire amount due in full.

• Cancellation received until October 26, 2016 – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee
• Cancellation received between October 27, 2016 - November 9, 2016 - 50% refund
• Cancellation received from November 10, 2016 - No refund
