Conference Registration Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form. 
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the Conference Secretariat as follows:

• Until October 26, 2016 - Full refund less $100 handling fee
• From October 27, 2016 until November 9, 2016 - 50% Refund
• From November 10, 2016 - No refund
